We want you to be completely satisfied with your Duralex glassware; if you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Securely
Carefully pack the glassware in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the items arrive at our warehouse without breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
